What do I actually want?
The hardest question for anyone who grew up doing what was expected. Separate what you want from what you should want.
Why do I care so much what people think of me?
Caring isn't the problem; being steered by it is. Start by checking which of those judgements were ever actually made.
Am I playing someone I'm not?
Wearing different faces for different people is normal. The question is which one won't come off anymore.
Why am I so hard on myself?
Being tough on yourself isn't the same as having standards. Look at whose ruler it is, and what it measures.

Should I live the way my parents expect?
Comply and you resent it; refuse and you feel guilty. It's rarely either-or — it's about a distance both sides can live with.
Do I fix this relationship or end it?
Not deciding is also a decision, usually the expensive one.
Why can't I say no?
The easy moment is when you say yes. The hard part is every day after.
I find it hard to get truly close to anyone.
It isn't that you don't want to. You step back right as it gets close. Worth seeing what that step avoids.

Stay in the city, or move back home?
The question was never which place is better. It's which life you'll pay for, and with what.
Should I take this risk?
Nobody can decide for you, but someone can help you price the worst case — which is usually the part nobody worked out.
Keep going, or let it go?
Neither persistence nor quitting is virtuous by itself. Look at what actually changed, and at what you have left.
I regret a decision I made. Now what?
Regret means it mattered. But judging your past self with today's information was never a fair trial.

How much money is enough?
With no number in mind, nothing is ever enough. Put a number on it and the anxiety at least becomes arithmetic.
I hate my job but I'm afraid to leave.
There's usually something very specific behind "afraid". Pull it out and look at it before deciding anything.
Everyone my age is ahead of me. Am I behind?
You're comparing yourself to an edited version. Ask where you're trying to go before asking how fast you're getting there.
What I'm good at isn't what I love. Which one?
Both sides cost something, and this isn't a one-time, lifelong pick.

Is an ordinary life a failure?
Who defined "ordinary"? Check whose scorecard you're holding first.
What am I even living for?
No one expects a final answer. But you can get clear on when living feels worth it.
How do I live with losing someone?
Nobody's asking you to move on. The work is letting them stay in your life another way.
Time keeps speeding up. Am I wasting my life?
The more your days repeat, the fewer you remember. Maybe the answer isn't slowing down but doing something you haven't.
